this is my next follow-up to the "Wheeler-questions"...

3) A participatory universe?

If you'd see 4D spacetime as a 2D surface, a star would build a depression/pan on this surface curving the spacetime around it.

The curvature (that we know as "gravity") keeps the matter of the star together and even enables planets to orbit around it.

By analogy, you could see the outermost shell of the 5D universe (universal consciousness) as a 2D surface, then the souls of conscious beings would be also some kind of depressions/pans on that surface curving the 5D space around it! The curvature keeps conscious information of one soul together and forms what we know as individuality persisting over numberless incarnations. Like stars building star systems and galaxies by the force of "gravity", souls may also attract each other and build social groups and societies by the force of "love". But what happens to a soul, when it incarnates into a 4D experience, that we consider as "a life"?

The matter of a supermassive star could build a gravitational singularity by curving the 4D spacetime infinitely down to a 3D space by "reducing" the time dimension to zero (time stands still within a black hole). By analogy also a soul can build a singularity by curving the 5D space around it down to a 4D spacetime, by "reducing" the global consciousness dimension to a singular and individual life experience. That's the reason, why we experience consciousness individually, although it is derived directly from the universal source. So we are incarnated into our life(s). If you see the incarnated singularity as a funnel (see picture above) then you can imagine, that dimensions do not change rapidly, but there is a "gentle" transition in between.

So our normal perception seems to be between 3D and 4D, let's say "3.5D", since we perceive time only indirectly (via changes in our environment). But there are intuitive/precognitive beings, coming closer to 4D, that can perceive some details of the possible future directly! There are also mediumistic people perceiving other souls (e.g. of people that already died). These people may be already above level 4D and "looking" into the dimension where souls or even bodiless beings are located. Maybe "Being 6" (mentioned so often by Tim) is on level 4.5D and "Being 7" might be the whole universe itself - on level 5D.

Souls have no legs (!) and so we have to come into the 4D world to meet and connect to other souls. During our incarnation we create realities with our consciousness focus - so we participate in creating the universe!

That's of course only my opinion. What is yours?
