All content associated with ALL SHIFT HAPPILY NOW including the WELOVE Hub — not limited to but including our posts, messages, livestreams, and guided exercises — is provided solely for entertainment, inspiration, and personal exploration. Nothing on this platform is intended as a substitute for medical treatments. We are not medical doctors or therapists, and we do not diagnose or treat any condition.
All discussions, exercises, or content shared in our community are meant to be personal or recreational in nature. If you have health or well-being concerns—whether physical, mental, or emotional—you are supposed to consult a qualified professional. Please use good judgment and common sense. By participating in the Hub, you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for any decisions you make based on the content here, and that any guidance provided is for your own self-exploration only.
By using any of our services or attending any of our events, you confirm that you are in good condition, both physically as well as psychologically.

Terms of Service
Our Social Media Hub provides a free platform plus optional paid tiers. Users may subscribe via Paddle to unlock additional features: Messaging & Community access (€1/month), AGORA membership (€5/month, which includes a monthly livestream with Tim), and Star Tactics Academy (S.T.A.) (€25/month, which includes full access to a library of guided “mental exercises”/meditations). Service fees and applicable taxes may apply. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time via the Settings menu. Note: Paddle’s system will prorate charges on mid-cycle plan changes, but we do not issue refunds for the unused portion of any billing period. In fact, all purchases are final: once a transaction is completed, the buyer is not entitled to a refund. Consistent with Paddle’s policy, if you pause or cancel mid-month, Paddle does not automatically refund or credit unused time, and no credits will be given for partial months or downgrades.
All payments are handled by Paddle, our global payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to bill your payment method and you agree to Paddle’s billing practices. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions; accordingly, Paddle will collect and store any billing details (e.g. name, email, payment information) needed to process your subscription, as noted in Paddle’s privacy documentation. All fees are collected in advance; we reserve the right to change pricing or plan features with notice. No refunds or credits will be provided for closed or shortened billing periods.
Your continued use of the Hub constitutes agreement to these Terms, including our no-refund policy as well as committing to the community guidelines. We may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law (including harassment or illegal content). Content on our platform can be modified or deleted by us at any time without user consent. By uploading or posting any content on the Hub, you represent and warrant that you own the necessary rights to that content, including all copyright interests, or that you have obtained valid permission to use and share it. You agree that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party. Services provided by tim stritzel, r. bom sucesso 35, 9060-030 funchal, who is also responsible for content we create but not for user-generated or posted content. Users keep full ownership of everything they create. By posting content on the Hub, you give us a limited license to host, store, display, and technically process or modify it so the platform can function, improve and be promoted.
This license ends when your content is deleted, unless others have shared it.
We also reserve the right to modify or terminate the service (in whole or in part) at any time. Account Settings: You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may cancel or change subscriptions in your Settings; cancellation or downgrade takes effect immediately for future billing, but does not produce any refund for the current period (by policy, all sales are final).
Privacy Policy
We value transparency. We believe there shouldn’t be any surprises about the data we collect and how we use it. You have control over your data: for example, you can access, update, or delete your profile information at any time via your settings. We share data only with trusted service providers who need it to perform their functions such as payment providers. For instance, we share your contact and transaction data with Paddle solely to process payments (as noted in Paddle’s privacy policy). We may also share data with our hosting and analytics providers, and when required by law.
We only collect personal data necessary to operate the Hub in line with industry standards. This typically includes your name, email address, login credentials, profile information and content, communications, and other information you provide when using our platform, plus typical usage data that comes through your IP address, device information and browser cookies. We remain fully aligned with the law and use data to provide, maintain, and improve the service, for legitimate business interest, to communicate with you (e.g. account notices or support), and to prevent fraud or abuse. In all cases, we adhere to data protection laws (such as GDPR) and retain data only as long as needed.
Like many platforms, we use cookies and similar technologies to provide and improve the service. We may collect aggregated or anonymized usage statistics to analyze trends and enhance the user experience. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, remember that no online service can be 100% secure.
Our service is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to sign up. Parents or guardians wishing to remove a child’s data may contact us.
In line with best practices, we will inform you of any material changes to our privacy practices and obtain consent where required by law.
Refund Policy
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any purchases, including monthly subscriptions. Once you pay for a service tier, it cannot be refunded later. This applies to cancellations, downgrades, or pauses: no money will be returned or credited for the unused portion of a paid period. This policy is consistent with Paddle’s approach, which explicitly states that subscriptions paused mid-cycle do not earn automatic refunds or credits for unused time.
We encourage the user to show up responsibly for their decisions when they sign up for online services.
You may cancel or change tiers at any time, but you will retain access through the end of the current billing period without any refund. Upgrades will be charged pro-rata by Paddle, but we will not refund past charges. Downgrades take effect immediately for the next billing cycle (again with no refund for current fees). If you have any issues or questions about your payment, you can contact our support or consult Paddle’s customer help, but our formal policy remains “no refunds.”In case, a service cannot be provided beyond a temporary interruption or maintenance, we will always grant a 100% refund.

We are building All SHIFT HAPPILY NOW on the ideals of striving for harmony, peace, support, and growth. We consider ourselves the first generation of beings that achieve harmony and growth of a more stable society. Together, we create a community where every member commits to uplift themselves and others. Please follow these friendly guidelines:
- Be Kind and Respectful: Treat everyone as an integral part of the same. Show the same respect and harmony you’d want in return.
Diverse opinions are welcome, but deliver them with respect for the other, empathy and open-mindedness. Be respectful and friendly with all other forms of life in the universe - but train yourself in discernment. Every member has a responsibility and a privilege in choosing their harmonious frequency.
- Encourage Solutions: Approach discussions with a positive, proactive mindset. If someone mentions a problem, try to be the one to solve it. Show initiative by offering ideas, resources, or constructive feedback.
When you are unhappy with a situation, always bring a better solution to the table. Be open for others to bring in better ideas and support them by acknowledging them. We value teamwork and problem-solving: When you are confronted with gossip or negativity, be the one who ends the line and does their best to restore peace and harmony.
- Share and Support: Help others feel safe. Safe to be themselves, safe to share ideas, safe to be different.
