My STA membership is so worth it!
I want to share how valuable I am finding signing up for a STA membership is. Patreon is a very good format, easy to navigate and no commercials or glitches. I enjoy the many meditations Tim has created and made available there, as well as the information shared. Some of it is available on other platforms, but it is so easy to acess commercial free via Patreon.
If you have been debating discovering what STA has to offer I encourage you to try it for a month, I am very glad to have it in my meditation practice 🥰💕⚡️

I like each for specific reasons- since conquering self loathing the mirror meditation, periodically loving one’s image in a mirror, has been very powerful 💕
