Body communication

… via health issues.


After a pelvic ultrasound confirmed everything normal within, I have been researching what else could be causing low level discomfort a few inches inside of my left hip, using a different senior core strengthening routine daily. The one that works best is laying on the back, not sitting or standing, because to work a muscle the one that pulls in the opposite direction must be disengaged, and being vertical the spine muscles are all activated.


According to the book Soul Soeak, the language of the body, the spine represents a rigid support system, core beliefs. So acting on this as communication, I am examining how I am not letting go of what the Installation has drilled into my belief system. Exercise is helping the pain, and I am becoming more aware of my assumptions and actions reacting to situations.

Turning the corner on the pain I believe! “ focus on what is under your nose” came through in meditation, so both in mind distractions and body positioning I have been acting on it and came home from work far less discomforted.
