I listend to this episode, too. Yes, going into nature is wow and refreshing and beautiful and wonderful together with the nature spirits. But I also love to go into the town I live in. This German town had good times, and very dark times in history. And when I go into town, just for being there, not for buying etc., just for walking through, I love to radiate heart torus energy into the field. I love smiling at fellow people in town. I love starting a little joyful talk to people, sitting next to me in the U Bahn, or Straßenbahn or Bus. :) Or in a Cafe. Many people look very sad and stressed in town, and I love streaming happiness and heart energies to them. This is not exhausting for me. This doing feels quite natural for me. Bringing sunshine into town. It´s kind a natural thing for me. ☀️🌞 😀
