Thanks! I think I will 🤗...the first (and last) POW WOW gathering--I attended in adulthood... shortly before the purge...and a few months past my eldest joys abruptly unexpected transition 💠...We built the sweat...⚒️none of us lady's knew what to do...we heard the story...but no definite instructions as to whether or not WE should go unclothed...so...we went in unclothed ...luckily it was dark and the men's inipi (?) was sheilded from us and not in use that evening..the river 🌊💦💧10 yards down the adjacent slope🌄..as we birthed and rebirthed..we shared our hopes, dreams, and sorrows...anguishes...

The grandfather's listened...the community healed...everyone healed, heard, forgave, expressed gratitude...released demons (or whatever equivalent)👺👹

It was the first place in a long time that I found another who connected to the stars and the below ground in a way that could be discussed...with words and confirmation. It was very much akin to "Is your friend named Bill/are you a friend of Bills?" 🚫🍻🚫

Only...it was something about the fae/little people 🧚‍♀️🐲🧌🔮

She lived nearby and invited me to dinner at the close of the weeks long event-- and kept me for some weeks in an outbuilding...and tried to get me to stay.. using me as labor...

I triggered..

And triggered..

Triggered..

But this was not suburbia...

what a place for a mid forties woman to be...

I'd have stayed forever, but there was no time between processing the herbs and making meals for me to cleanse the farm of all of the large quantities of plastic disintegrated into the grounds...!?!? It hit me somewhere deep where I could not escape...

Then I learned her story..

Cancer. Survivor..the farm had recently sat more than a year...

There was a big bull snake there roaming about-🐍⚕️

And when I saw him...that and the watch out for the bear ..🥹☺️🤪

There were many firsts there at the POW WOW. 😂
