A brief visit to Level 7 Consciousness...

Hello travelers!

I want to share a meditation experience.

While listening to a meditation developed by Tim and Sarah (the audio tool they created for Ticket to Ride), I was feeling deep gratitude and love for this community, in such a happy and calm state of being.

I could feel the energy field around me. I felt more like I AM the toroid, not just a body. I wasn't "feeling" a vibration around me. I WAS the vibration. I had my senses, but wasn't using them to see, hear, or feel. I felt all of the area around my body was me, all the waves of energy were in flow.

Teachers have talked about the energy field being the true "us", and that it is the energy field which creates our bodies, and I've talked about this with people in my communities and taught this to clients. But this experience was so profound. I've never experienced anything like this. It was transformative. A limitlessness. I became the field.

I stayed in this feeling long after the end of the meditation. This state of being was peaceful, comfortable, safe. It has been a week since that day and I have been reflecting on what this means, and looking back on exactly what process brought me to this state of being.

I want to get back to it again, but I also don't feel rushed because I know it is there. I made some notes for myself the next morning and attempted to explain it to my closest friends a few days later. One person mentioned this sounds like a full blown level 7 consciousness experience.

What you have just read is as far as I've come with the attempt to describe this beautiful experience. My words still feel incomplete. I welcome your responses to what you feel after reading this and would love to know if you have experienced something similar.
