Wow, thank you Sheila. I have a couple of them on my nightstand. I will look into this information. I occasionally visit TJMaxx as well. Thinking of switching my iWatch into regular quartz watch and braclets. Lapis Lazuri keeps surfacing around me without my specific intentions, so I need to learn about it also. I wear a small one under my garment near my heart (arrhythmia) but I’d like to learn more. Thank you!🙏🏻 Gaia has a series, but it’s a long one so before I’d dive into it, I knew asking this group would bring a lot of valuable information ❤️💫
